Close-out, acceptance and handover

For assets approaching or past PAC/FAC where acceptance quality, defect exposure, evidence packs or contractual obligations remain unresolved.

Performance, defects and accountability

For underperforming assets or portfolios where losses sit across EPC, O&M, design and operations and the owner needs a clear accountability position.

Typical outputs: diagnostic note, accountability map, recovery roadmap, decision memo.

Transactions, onboarding and transition risk

For acquisitions, refinancings, onboarding or portfolio transfers where delivery status, operational readiness or residual risk need clearer assessment.

Typical outputs: diligence memorandum, risk matrix, board or Investment Committee paper, pre-close priority plan.

Selective interim owner-side support

For owners or platforms needing senior owner-side support in stressed transitions or delivery situations where existing management is not resolving the issue.
